چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان آمادگی کتابخانههای عمومی تحت پوشش نهاد کتابخانههای عمومی ایران برای اجرای برنامههای یادگیری مادامالعمر انجام شد. روش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه پژوهش کلیه کتابداران شاغل در کتابخانههای عمومی ایران به تعداد 7000 نفر بودند که از این جامعه، تعداد 364 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شد. در نهایت، 223 نفر در تکمیل پرسشنامهها مشارکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامهای محققساخته با هشت مؤلفه کلیدی شامل مهارتهای پایه یادگیری مادامالعمر، صلاحیتهای کارکنان، همکاری بینسازمانی، زیرساختهای یادگیری، توسعه شخصی و حرفهای، پشتیبانی از آموزش رسمی، دسترسی برابر به منابع اطلاعاتی و ارتقای فرهنگ مطالعه و خواندن بود. یافتهها: یافتهها حاکی از آمادگی بیشتر از حد متوسط کتابخانههای عمومی در حوزههای مهارتهای پایه، صلاحیتهای کارکنان، همکاری با سازمانها، زیرساختهای یادگیری، پشتیبانی از آموزش رسمی و ارتقای فرهنگ مطالعه و خواندن بود. با این حال، در ارائه فرصتهای یادگیری اثربخش برای توسعه شخصی و حرفهای و همچنین دسترسی برابر به منابع اطلاعاتی، میزان آمادگی کمتر از حد متوسط بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان میدهد که کتابخانههای عمومی تحت پوشش نهاد کتابخانههای عمومی ایران ظرفیت نسبتاً مناسبی برای اجرای برنامههای یادگیری مادامالعمر دارند. با این حال، دو حوزه مهم یعنی توسعه شخصی و حرفهای کاربران و نیز دسترسی برابر به منابع اطلاعاتی نیازمند توجه، سرمایهگذاری و برنامهریزی بیشتر هستند. بر این اساس، پیشنهاد میشود نهاد کتابخانههای عمومی با تقویت دسترسی به منابع دیجیتال و ارائه برنامههای متنوع آموزشی، زمینههای لازم را برای تحقق هرچه بهتر یادگیری مادامالعمر در سطح ملی فراهم آورد.
