The present study attempts to represent the views of librarians and teachers regarding the impact of the libraries operated by the Center for Intellectual Development of Children and Adolescents (CIDCA) Kanon Parvaresh Fekry-e Koodakan va Nowjavanan on elevating the information literacy of students. Using a survey method, data were collected via a questionnaire. Forty-Four teachers and librarians of libraries participating in Isfahan Self-management Plan were selected. The findings illustrated that non-curriculum training programs at CIDCA libraries contribute to enhancement of information literacy among students. The said programs had an impact on development and enhancement of skills such as curiosity and inquisitiveness, selection and searching of suitable information resources, critical and creative thinking and teamwork.
