The relationship between techno stress with job satisfaction of librarians' of public libraries in Ahvaz

The goal of this study is to inspect the relationship between techno stress with job satisfaction of librarians' of public libraries in Ahvaz. research plan was from correlation type. The sample includes 71 of librarians'and that were selected census research instruments include was thetechno stress Ragonatan (2008) scale, and  job satisfaction (1952) scale. For analyzing the results we used Pierson’s simple statistical correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis method. The result showed that there is meaningful relationship negation between techno stress and dimensions techno stress with job satisfaction of librarians'. It also regression result showed that there is multiple relationship between techno stress, dimensions techno stress with job satisfaction of librarians', and multiplicitate technology is the negation best job satisfaction of librarians'prediction.
