طراحی و مقایسه انواع روبریک جهت سنجش سواد اطلاعاتی ‌دانش‌آموزان: یک مطالعه اقدام‌پژوهی

چکیده
هدف: نحوه ارزشیابی سواد اطلاعاتی می‌تواند کیفیت آموزش و سنجش سواد اطلاعاتی را در محیط‌های آموزشی ارتقا دهد. لازم است مربی سواد اطلاعاتی بتواند سنجش مناسبی از سطح توان پایه فرد و اثربخشی آموزش ارائه شده به دست آورد و نیز به نحو مطلوب به مخاطب بازخورد دهد. این نوشتار در نظر دارد سه نوع روبریک (نشانه نمره‌گذاری)، را ساخته و امکان مقایسه آن ها را در اجرای آزمایشی برای ارزشیابی سواد اطلاعاتی دانش آموزان فراهم آورد.
روش: این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی، و با روش اقدام‌پژوهی انجام شده است. برای رفع مشکل نحوه ارزشیابی سواد اطلاعاتی دانش آموزان، با مطالعه کتاب‌های درسی و مصاحبه از 16 معلم سه نوع روبریک ساخته شد و مقایسه انواع این روبریک‌ها را در اجرای آزمایشی آن برای سنجش سواد اطلاعاتی 19 ‌دانش‌آموز مقطع دوره دوم دبستان‌ صورت پذیرفت.
یافته‌ها: نتایج قابلیت‌های هر یک از انواع روبریک کل‌نگر، نقطه‌ای و توصیفی- تحلیلی را برای تبیین وضعیت ‌دانش‌آموز مشخص می‌کند. روبریک ‌کل‌نگر، وضعیت را به صورت تک کلمه‌ای بیان می‌دارد. روبریک توصیفی- تحلیلی با انتخاب مؤلفه‌هایی توصیفی دقیق‌تری از وضعیت ذکر می‌کند. روبریک تک نقطه‌ای، فرصت حل مشکلات و ارتقای وضعیت ‌دانش‌آموز را به صورت دقیق‌تری برای وی فراهم می‌سازد. 
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌های مقایسه‌ای نشان می‌دهد روبریک ‌کل‌نگر می‌تواند نمای کلی مناسبی از کار به دست دهد. روبریک‌های توصیفی- تحلیلی به نحو دقیق‌تری وضعیت ‌دانش‌آموز را نشان می‌دهد. نحوه بهبود وضعیت و رفع نواقص در روبریک تک نقطه‌ای بیشتر به چشم می‌خورد.
