Purpose: As non-profit organizations, patrons of libraries are one of their main assets, so this study was conducted with the aim of studying the loyalty rate of patrons to the libraries of Tehran Municipal Cultural and Artistic Organization.
Method: The current research was practical and was conducted using a survey-descriptive method. The statistical population of the current research is all the visitors to municipal libraries, from whom sampling was done. In order to compile the theoretical foundations of the library method, data were collected using Randall Thiel's Loyalty Questionnaire (2004). Descriptive statistics were used for descriptions and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used to explain the relationship between components.
Findings: The findings showed that there is a significant relationship between loyal attitude, role and personality traits and behavior, ancillary services of the library, set of usefulness and loyalty to the library, renewal records and membership period. has it. No significance was found. Also, a significant relationship was observed between education, renewal records and membership period.
Conclusion: The loyalty of clients in this study was observed to be lower than average. This loyalty can be strengthened by better introducing the library and its services and facilities through various manuals, websites, and workshops to get to know the library and use it, as well as by setting up educational workshops for patrons. With careful and proper planning, we can take solid steps to garner more review loyalty.
