The study of organizational socialization effects on librarians in comparison to other professions of libraries, museums and documents center of Astan Quds Razavi

Objective: To assess the organizational socialization compared to other professions librarians Organization of Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi.

Methodology: This survey is applied. The study population included all librarians and staff to other organizations, Libraries, Museums and Documents Center of Astan Quds Razavi using stratified random sampling was performed. The sample size was estimated by Cochran formula. For this survey, a questionnaire of 20 questions, organizational socialization Taormina (1997) was usedStatistical data study, one sample T-test were analyzed two independent samples T-test.

Results: The results showed a significant difference in the scales compared to other professions education and future prospects librarians and librarians there is a high degree of organizational socialization compared to other professions are organized libraries.

Originality/value: according to the importance of the impact of the rate of success in the organizational flexibility of community organizations such as libraries, this research was among the first which is to examine the level of organizational flexibility librarians society than other jobs and high level of organizational flexibility librarians Community represents that of the scale of the enterprise, plasticity under community education and future prospects of the enterprise, a strong predictor of organizational flexibility to increase the amount of the community and the amount of Organizational flexibility and expertise with the community being a homogeneous society staff
