پیش‌بینی کاربست مهارت‌های سواد رسانه‌ای کتابداران با استفاده از نظریۀ رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده: نقش تعدیل‌گر شخصیت

چکیده
هدف: پژوهش حاضر به بررسی کاربست مهارت‌های سواد رسانه‌‌ای در ارائۀ خدمات توسط کتابداران از طریق ادغام مدل پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت در نظریۀ رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده می‌‌پردازد.
روش: در پژوهش حاضر از روش پژوهش همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعۀ آماری شامل 191 نفر از کتابداران کتابخانه‌‌های عمومی استان کرمان بود که در سال 1402 در دوره آموزشی سواد رسانه‌‌ای شرکت کردند. پرسش‌نامه به صورت سرشماری میان همه شرکت‌کنندگان توزیع شد. به منظور گردآوری داده‌ها، از پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته نظریۀ رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد شخصیت استفاده شد. به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها، از روش مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری با کمک نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌اِل‌اس استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که سه متغیر نگرش، هنجار ذهنی و کنترل رفتار ادراک‌شده کتابداران کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان کرمان بر قصد آن‌ها برای کاربست مهارت‌های سواد رسانه‌‌ای در ارائه خدمت اثر مثبت و معنادار دارند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد که کنترل رفتار ادراک‌شده و قصد کتابداران پیش‌بینی‌کننده رفتار واقعی کاربست مهارت‌های سواد رسانه‌‌ای در ارائه خدمت هستند. به‌علاوه، تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که تنها بُعد وظیفه‌شناسی شخصیت اثر تعدیل‌گر بر رابطه قصد-رفتار کاربست مهارت‌های سواد رسانه‌‌ای دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر جز اولین تلاش‌ها برای پیش‌بینی کاربست مهارت‌های سواد رسانه‌ای توسط کتابدار از طریق ادغام نظریۀ پنج عامل بزرگ شخصیت با نظریۀ رفتار برنامه‌ریزی‌شده است. بعلاوه، مدیران کتابخانه‌ها و سیاست‌گذاران می‌توانند با استفاده از این مدل مداخلاتی را جهت بهبود کاربست سواد رسانه‌ای توسط کتابداران، به طور اخص و انتقال آموزش، به طور عام برنامه‌ریزی کنند.
