With the increasing growth of electronic publications, due to its potential capabilities and the tendency of libraries to purchase and replace it with printed publications, researchers have studied the extent and manner in which users use this new capability in the past decade.Imam Sadeq University (AS) has also provided this opportunity for its users by sharing databases containing electronic publications.In the present study, a survey method was used, as well as an analysis of statistics related to the use of electronic resources provided by the publishers, and it was determined that among the publications of these databases, publications related to the field of management have the highest level of use.In terms of the number of visits to the databases, ProQuest 5000, GStore, Emerald, and Ebsco are in the following order.In terms of the number of articles downloaded, GStore is in the highest rank.Class and course assignments and writing articles are the most important reasons for students to use databases, and among professors, education, teaching, and writing articles are the highest reasons for their use.
