بررسی مفهوم نظام مدیریت دانش

چکیده
هدف: عدم شناخت کافی از نظام مدیریت دانش از جمله تعاریف، اجزاء و نیز عوامل موفقیت در آن از عناصر اصلی شکست در پروژه‏های مدیریت دانش بوده است. این پژوهش درصدد روشن‌تر ساختن مفهوم نظام مدیریت دانش و مؤلفه‌های آن است.
روش: در این پژوهش که به روش تحلیل محتوا انجام شد؛ ضمن مروری مفصل بر مفهوم مدیریت دانش، مفهوم نظام مدیریت دانش در 290 مقاله استخراج شده از پایگاه اسکوپوس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تعاریف، رویکردها، عناصر و نیز عوامل موفقیت نظام مدیریت دانش شناسایی و دسته‌بندی شد.
یافته‌ها: پس از بررسی مقالات مورد مطالعه، پنج موضوع شاخص شناسایی شد که به‌ترتیب اولویت عبارتند از: عوامل موفقیت نظام مدیریت دانش، مزایای استفاده و به‌کارگیری آن، اجزاء و عناصر نظام مدیریت دانش، ابزارها و فن‌آوری‏های نظام مدیریت دانش و رویکردها به نظام مدیریت دانش. همچنین مشخص شد که به میزان بسیار زیادی میان مفهوم مدیریت دانش و نظام مدیریت دانش هم‌پوشانی وجود دارد.
ارزش/اصالت: این مقاله را می‌توان در زمره نخستین پژوهش‌هایی قلمداد کرد که به‌صورت بنیادی به بررسی متون مربوط به مدیریت دانش پرداخته است. از این جهت این مقاله می‌تواند جبهه پژوهشی جدیدی را در زمینه مدیریت دانش ایجاد نماید.
