Abstract
Purpose: This research is devoted to study the information needs of blind and low-sighted users in Kerman City and their use of library services. Methodology: The methodology of this research is of descriptive-survey type and the population under study included blind and low-sighted members of academic and public libraries of Kerman City which consisted of 55 users and 13 libraries. Data collection was accomplished by questionnaire. To this end, two separate questionnaires were designed for blind and low-sighted users and library managers. Findings: The results showed that the resources with highest use by blind and low-sighted users are auditory (64%) and Berrile (42%) resources. Unfortunately a very low percentage of these clients use electronic resources. Furthermore, facilities and technologies in libraries are utilized at a very low extent. 90 percent of blind and low-sighted users have considered library resources as insufficient. Also, 80 percent of users believe that the role of library in meeting their information needs is medium or less. Most of these users (78%) stated that librarians have helped them in accessing their needed information. Originality/Value: The results of this study can assist the officials in programming for providing facilities and information technologies necessary for specialized services to blind users in libraries. This paper additionally emphasizes sharing of specialized resources for blind users in public libraries and formation of inter-library collaboration system, and considers the establishment of national network of blinds information dissemination by National Institution of Public Libraries with collaboration of National Library of Iran as the basic solution for access of blinds to a wide range of information resources.

Abstract
Purpose: The present research aims to investigate the implementation status of the customer relationship management (CRM) in Tehran public libraries.
Methodology: This study was carried out using the descriptive survey method through which the comments of 158 librarians and employees working in public libraries of Tehran were investigated by a researcher-made CRM questionnaire according to the dimensions of Ocker and Mudambi Model which consists of three elements (intellectual, social, and technological) and 15 questions. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach's alpha (0.89). In order to assess the validity and divergence of the measurement tool, the first and second-order factor analysis were performed using the LISREL software. Furthermore, to comment on the rejection or acceptance of the assumptions made, a scientific and validated independent one-sample t-test was conducted using SPSS 24 and LISREL 8.8.
Findings: According to the results of tables, it is observed that average scores of persons on CRM is equal to 35532 with the standard deviation 3.6618 and the t-statistical value is equal to 10505 which is significant at the level 0.05. Considering the fact that the lower and upper means have been calculated and are both positive, it can be concluded that the mean of CRM is more than 3 (i.e. the mean of five-point Likert scale) and is in an appropriate level.
Originality/value: This research is expected to make clear the role and importance of customer relationship management for librarians and employees so that they put more effort into this field and can pay more and more attention to the demands and needs of customers.

The data were collected using questionnaires on self-efficiency, psychological hardiness, job burnout and job motivation, and were analyzed by using SPSS 23 and Amos software programs. The results of validity test were indicative of the validity of all the questionnaires. Moreover, the reliability of all the questionnaires were high 70/0.
Findings: The Results showed that the variables of self-efficiency and psychological hardiness had a significant direct negative effect on job burnout of the employees of public libraries of Khuzestan province. Also, these variables had a significant indirect effect on job burnout through the mediating role of job motivation of the employees.

Abstract
Purpose: Today, with the increase in the number of graduates whose number is increasing every year, unemployment and employment are among the challenges the societies are facing. Graduates of Knowledge and Information Science are not exceptions to this rule and thus often face employment problems. Given this issue as well as the economic crisis throughout the world, identifying and discovering factors affecting entrepreneurial businesses for graduates can be a good alternative for countries and communities for resolving this crisis as well as for their social and economic development. Accordingly, the purpose of the present research is to discover the factors affecting the entrepreneurial business for the graduates of Knowledge and Information Science.
Method: The present study is an applied study in terms of purpose and is exploratory in terms of method, in which the Delphi method has been used. In line with the purpose of the research, the components of entrepreneurship for the field of Knowledge and Information Science were first identified by the content analysis method. Then, the Delphi method was used to complete and confirm the desired components. Finally, in order to summarize and categorize the components, the exploratory factor analysis was used and in order to ensure that a factor structure has been achieved, the confirmatory factor analysis was applied. The statistical population used in the Delphi method included 15 experts in the fields of Knowledge and Information Science, and entrepreneurship, who were selected by applying non-probability sampling and a combination of targeted, judgmental, and chain referral sampling methods. In the exploratory analysis section, due to the volume required for factor analysis, 165 experts, including the faculty members in the field of Knowledge and Information Science in public universities across the country were asked to give their opinions. The research instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire based on the Delphi steps, the reliability and validity of which were confirmed. To analyze the data, the SPSS software (version 20) and LISREL software (version 8.8) were used.
Findings: The findings show that 32 identified factors affecting entrepreneurial businesses fall into four categories of main factors including entrepreneurial opportunities, entrepreneurial capacities, entrepreneurial framework and future studies, which in total predict more than 62% of total variance in entrepreneurial business in Knowledge and Information Science. Furthermore, considering that the factor load of all items was estimated to be higher than 0.4 and the fit indices of the model also had the desired value, the research model was also approved.
Originality/value: This study is the first to explore the factors influencing the entrepreneurial business of Knowledge and Information Science. In order to provide an entrepreneurial solution to the graduates of the field of Knowledge and Information Science, the four components of opportunities, capacities, frameworks and future studies should be considered based on the model presented in this study.

Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to provide a systematic review of research texts in the field of locating Iranian public libraries using GIS. Accordingly, the considerable components in locating public libraries in Iran were examined based on the relevant research texts.
Method: The present research is an applied study in terms of purpose that was conducted based on a systematic analysis using Prisma model. To collect data, relevant keywords were searched in reliable databases and 372 research articles were retrieved. By studying and reviewing the abstracts of these articles and, if necessary, their results, duplicate and irrelevant articles were omitted. Finally, by conducting a preliminary survey in accordance with the input and output criteria, these studies were controlled by researchers, and 29 articles remained. The research tool was a checklist.
Findings: Findings show that most of the investigated studies were conducted in 2014 (17.24 percent). The survey-descriptive research method (27/48 percent) was applied more than other methods and using operational and cartographic-based research methods were neglected. In terms of geographical area, most of the studied were carried out in Tehran (17.24 percent) and then in Kerman (34/10 percent), and the geographical distribution of studies is not commensurate with the distribution of cities in Iran. Since the research tools of these studies were mostly questionnaires, it is made clear that the focus was on the response-based method, and testing the hypotheses has significantly helped to validate the results of studies. The main problems were: non-use of GIS in building libraries, lack of geographical distribution of libraries and weakness in the optimal use of components of compatibility, comfort and centrality in building libraries. The most frequent research topic in the studies was location in terms of geographical location (86.20 percent). The most frequent component in locating libraries using GIS system is comfort (32.81 percent), followed by compatibility (31.25 percent).
Originality/value: By reviewing the studies in the field of location of public libraries, the findings of this field were identified in terms of the distribution status of libraries, the desirability of accessing them and the influential components in location. This research provides an overview of what has been done and what should be considered in determining the location of public libraries for future researchers.
