The statistical population included 1067 citations in 51 articles indexed in citation indices SSCI and A&HCI. This study has been carried out by citation analysis method. In the present research, contribution of serial publications in comparison with other information resources, language of the cited publications, amount of referencing to journals with ranking in journals citation report (JCR), determination of core journals based on Bradford law, and concordance of the list of journals with highest number of citations with the similar list of Shiraz University. The obtained results showed that the serial publications have a significant role in generation of scientific information by faculty members of Human Sciences Departments in Shiraz University, such that citing these resources is 68%.  هدف از انجام این پژوهش تعیین و بررسی سهم نشریات ادواری در برون‌دادهای علمی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‌های علوم انسانی (دانشکده‌ی ادبیات و علوم‌انسانی، علوم‌تربیتی، علوم‌اجتماعی، مدیریت و اقتصاد) دانشگاه شیراز نمایه شده در <span dir="LTR">Web of Science</span>  طی سالهای 1998 تا 2007 است. جامعه‌ی آماری این پژوهش را تعداد 1067 استناد از مجموع 51 عنوان مقاله‌ی نمایه شده در نمایه‏های استنادی<span dir="LTR">A&HCI </span> و<span dir="LTR"> SSCI </span> تشکیل می‌دهند. این پژوهش به روش تحلیل استنادی انجام شده است. در این پژوهش سهم نشریات ادواری نسبت به سایر منابع اطلاعاتی، زبان نشریات مورد استناد، میزان استناد به مجله‏های رتبه‌بندی شده در گزارش‌های استنادی مجله‌ها (<span dir="LTR">JCR</span>)، تعیین مجله‏های هسته بر اساس قانون برادفورد و مطابقت فهرست پراستنادترین مجله‏ها با فهرست موجودی دانشگاه شیراز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.  نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان داد که نشریات ادواری، نقش مهمی در تولید اطلاعات علمی اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده‏های علوم‌انسانی این دانشگاه دارند به طوری که میزان استناد به این نوع منابع 68 درصد است. https://publij.ir/article_727559_be0d4b67165707b089e7ba1b5287a725.pdf
