Also, 87.09% of users think that ramps have been made properly for handicaps’ use. In addition, 68.57% of users have easy access to computer list and among them 74.24% use it without difficulty. 75.47% of the users have easy access to the reference unit and are satisfied by the existing facilities there. Besides, 60.65% and 81% of the users believe that the light and humidity of different parts of the library are desirable, respectively. Nevertheless, 62.29% of the users have mentioned the hygienic facilities of the library are insufficient. In total, it can be concluded based upon the findings that the status of building and facilities of Tabriz central library are much consistent with IFLA standards concerning public libraries.</span><br style="color: #000000; font-weight: inherit; font-stretch: inherit; font-size: 11pt; line-height: inherit; font-family: inherit; vertical-align: baseline;"> یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که 92.53 درصد مراجعه‌کنندگان دسترسی راحت به محل کتابخانه داشته و 69.69 درصد آن‌ها معتقدند بخش‌های پرمراجعه به هنگام ورود مشخص است. 87.09 درصد مراجعان نیز اعتقاد دارند که سطوح شیب‌دار برای استفاده معلولین به‌شکل مناسبی تعبیه شده است. 68.57 درصد مراجعان دسترسی راحت به فهرست رایانه­ای دارند که از این تعداد 74.24 درصد به راحتی از آن استفاده می­کنند. همچنین 75.47 درصد آن‌ها دسترسی راحت به بخش مرجع دارند و از تسهیلات موجود در آن ابراز رضایت می­کنند. 60.65 درصد استفاده‌کنندگان روشنایی بخش‌ها و 81 درصد رطوبت قسمت‌های مختلف کتابخانه را مناسب می­دانند. با‌ این‌ وجود 62.29 درصد مراجعه‌کنندگان تسهیلات بهداشتی کتابخانه را ناکافی اعلام کرده­اند. به­طور کلی، با توجه به یافته­های پژوهش می­توان اظهار داشت که وضعیت ساختمان و تجهیزات کتابخانه مرکزی تبریز تا حد زیادی با استاندارد‌های ایفلا در مورد کتابخانه‌های عمومی مطابقت دارد.</span></span></span><br style="color: #000000;
