چکیده:   (1225 مشاهده)
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر کشف تأثیر اعتماد به رهبری، اشتراک دانش و کیفیت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی بر نوآوری و انگیزۀ کارکنان در کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری است.
روش: تحقیق حاضر از نوع کمّی-توصیفی و مبتنی بر مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری است که به شیوه پیمایشی انجام شده است. نمونه آماری پژوهش شامل کارکنان کتابخانه‌های عمومی استان چهارمحال و بختیاری در سال 1400 بود که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 113 پرسش‌نامۀ کامل دریافت شد و مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، از پرسش‌نامۀ ‌اعتماد به رهبری، پرسش‌نامۀ کیفیت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی، پرسش‌نامۀ نوآوری کارکنان، پرسش‌نامۀ انگیزۀ کارکنان و پرسش‌نامۀ اشتراک دانش استفاده شده است.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که اعتماد به رهبری بر نوآوری و انگیزۀ کارکنان تأثیری معنادار دارد. به‌علاوه، کیفیت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی بر نوآوری و انگیزۀ کارکنان تأثیرگذار است. از طرفی، اعتماد به رهبری و کیفیت سیستم‌های اطلاعاتی بر اشتراک دانش، و همچنین اشتراک دانش بر نوآوری و انگیزۀ کارکنان مؤثر است.
اصالت/ارزش: پژوهش حاضر برای اولین بار است که بر اساس ترکیب پرسش‌نامه‌های مرجع داخلی و خارجی به نقش تعیین‌کننده ‌و جایگاه این عوامل در افزایش کیفیت خدمات‌رسانی کتابخانه‌های عمومی کشور می‌پردازد. به‌علاوه، نتایج این پژوهش می‌تواند به مدیران کتابخانه‌ها کمک کند تا با سیاست‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی مناسب، جو همکاری درون‌کتابخانه‌ای را به‌سمت شرایط مطلوب‌تر در تعامل میان کارکنان سوق داده و زمینۀ خلاقیت و انگیزه بیشتر همکاران را فراهم کند. این خط‌مشی خود می‌تواند به پاسخ‌گویی مناسب‌تر کارکنان کتابخانه به ارباب‌رجوع منجر شود.
